Home care (only for patients who reside in Blaenau Gwent)

Our specialist care is available 24hrs a day all year round in the patient’s home. We work in partnership with your GP, district nurse and hospital teams. The Hospice is contracted by the Aneurin Bevan Health Board to provide specialist community palliative care in the Borough.

Our team is available in the day and a nurse is always on-call at night and at weekends to attend if you need help.

Our nurses are assigned to a particular area of the borough:-

Tredegar - Vicki Reynolds and Sharon Levannais.
Ebbw Vale (North) - Alison Jones.
Ebbw Vale (South) - Louise Taylor
Brynmawr & Blaina - Kim Jones & Cheryll Durham.
