DTZ have been appointed by Hospice of the Valleys to  advise on property related matters and negotiate terms for the purchase of the development site from the Local Authority. Gareth Carter , Director  in the agency  department at DTZ’s Cardiff office is handling the instruction. DTZ acted in a similar capacity on behalf of Gwent Healthcare NHS Trust  to acquire  the adjacent land for the new Ysbytty Aneuran Bevan Hospital.
