M&A Solicitors - Cardiff

M&A Solicitors are appointed by Hospice of the Valleys to advise on all legal issues surrounding the Charity's proposed New Hospice Centre including commercial, corporate, property and construction. Partner Rachelle Sellek leads the project, focusing upon commercial and corporate issues whilst partner Gareth Wilson heads the property and development legal team.
